Loading BazaarCo. Preparing your marketplace experience. This policy explains how payments are handled on BazaarCo, including available payment methods, payment authorization, failed or reversed payments, Cash on Delivery, refunds, and payment-related fraud controls.
This policy should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Buyer Protection Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
BazaarCo may make one or more payment methods available depending on the Product, Seller, location, order value, and technical availability at the time of checkout.
Available payment methods may include:
The payment methods actually available for a particular Order are the ones shown at checkout.
When you submit a prepaid Order, you authorize BazaarCo and its payment service providers to:
Receipt of an order acknowledgment does not always mean the Order has been finally accepted or dispatched. Orders may still be held, reviewed, or canceled in accordance with BazaarCo's Terms & Conditions.
BazaarCo aims to show Buyers the total payable amount before order confirmation.
Depending on the Order, the displayed total may include:
Buyers should review the checkout summary carefully before confirming payment.
BazaarCo may rely on third-party payment processors, banks, wallet operators, and other payment service providers to enable transactions.
Those providers may apply their own:
BazaarCo is not the issuer of your payment instrument and does not control the separate contractual relationship between you and your bank, card network, wallet provider, or payment institution.
For a third-party marketplace Product, the relevant Seller is the supplier and is responsible for issuing the legally applicable PAN or VAT sales invoice. BazaarCo may receive, validate, store, transmit, or display that Seller-issued invoice, but BazaarCo does not issue the Product invoice in BazaarCo's own name.
The Seller must provide the invoice through the required BazaarCo workflow and include the required physical invoice or copy with the parcel. Buyers may be able to access the Seller-issued invoice electronically through their Order details.
When BazaarCo collects a successful prepaid or Cash on Delivery payment on behalf of a Seller, BazaarCo may issue a marketplace payment receipt containing the payment amount, method, transaction reference, collection time, and related Order information.
A BazaarCo payment receipt:
An Order confirmation is not a payment receipt or Product invoice.
If a payment attempt fails, remains pending, or is interrupted:
Where a failed or incomplete payment results in a temporary debit, reversal timing may depend on the payment provider, bank, or wallet operator rather than BazaarCo alone.
Where Cash on Delivery is offered:
COD does not remove the Buyer's obligation to provide accurate delivery details or to comply with BazaarCo's order and cancellation rules.
To protect Buyers, Sellers, and the Platform, BazaarCo may monitor, verify, or investigate transactions for fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity.
This may include:
If BazaarCo reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, chargeback manipulation, or unauthorized payment use, we may suspend the account, restrict payment options, cancel Orders, or take additional action under the Terms & Conditions.
