BazaarCo operates primarily as an intermediary marketplace connecting independent Buyers and Sellers.

Unless a Product is clearly identified as being sold directly by BazaarCo, the relevant contract of sale is between the Buyer and the Seller. In that role, BazaarCo may facilitate:

• product discovery and storefront access;
• checkout and payment facilitation;
• delivery coordination;
• returns, complaint intake, and dispute handling; and
• platform trust, safety, and compliance processes.

This intermediary role does not remove BazaarCo's responsibility to receive and address complaints, apply Platform policies, or comply with applicable Nepali law.

• registered or principal business address;
• registration authority and registration or certificate reference;
• PAN, VAT, or other tax-registration information where public disclosure is required;
• branch, outlet, or operational-office details where required;
• grievance, complaint, and support contact details;
• marketplace role as intermediary or direct seller, as applicable; and
• any e-commerce registration, listing, license, or compliance reference required by law or regulator.
