The binding commercial terms applicable to a Seller are the terms shown during onboarding, category setup, campaign enrollment, and settlement reporting, together with the Seller Agreement and Seller Payout & Settlement Policy.

Any such arrangement applies only to the extent expressly communicated and accepted. Once the campaign or special arrangement ends, the standard applicable rate may resume.
Sellers remain responsible for their own PAN/VAT compliance, invoicing duties, and tax reporting obligations unless the law or a written BazaarCo process states otherwise.
Commission, payout deductions, and settlement statements may reflect tax treatment or statutory deductions required under Nepali law.
BazaarCo may update commission rates, category mapping, or fee mechanics from time to time for business, operational, legal, or market reasons.
Where appropriate, BazaarCo will communicate changes through the seller dashboard, onboarding materials, email, program notices, revised fee schedules, or other reasonable seller-facing channels. Continued use of the marketplace after the effective date of a communicated change may be treated as acceptance of the updated commercial terms, subject to applicable law and contract.
