Loading BazaarCo. Preparing your marketplace experience.Answers about BazaarCo Nepal, browsing, bargaining where sellers enable it once it launches, seller onboarding, and buyer protections.
BazaarCo Nepal is in its pre-launch stage.
Ordering and payments are not yet available. Right now, you can browse products, create an account, and — if you are a seller — start early onboarding. The sections below explain what works today and what will become available once ordering and marketplace transactions launch.
What is BazaarCo Nepal?
BazaarCo Nepal is an online marketplace built for the way Nepali people actually shop. Buyers can discover products through videos, view product details, bargain when available, and order more confidently once ordering launches. Sellers can show their products, reach more customers, and grow their business online.
Is BazaarCo Nepal only for Kathmandu Valley?
BazaarCo Nepal is starting from Kathmandu Valley first so we can provide a smoother order experience. As we grow, we plan to expand step by step to more areas of Nepal.
How is BazaarCo Nepal different from other online shopping platforms?
BazaarCo Nepal focuses on product videos, clear product information, bargaining when available, seller visibility, and a simple buying process. Our goal is to make online shopping feel more real, more local, and more trustworthy.
Why does BazaarCo Nepal focus on videos?
Photos can sometimes hide important product details. Videos help buyers see the product more clearly. This supports our belief that what you see should be what you get.
Is BazaarCo Nepal only for big brands?
No. BazaarCo Nepal is built for local sellers, small businesses, Instagram stores, TikTok sellers, home-based brands, growing companies, and established brands. Any genuine seller with suitable products can apply to sell on BazaarCo Nepal.
Can Instagram and TikTok sellers join?
Yes. BazaarCo Nepal is especially useful for sellers who already promote products through Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or other social media platforms.
Why should sellers join BazaarCo Nepal instead of only selling through social media?
Social media is useful for discovery, but managing orders through messages can become difficult. BazaarCo Nepal helps sellers show products, receive orders once ordering launches, use bargaining when needed, and build a more organized online selling system.
You can create a BazaarCo Nepal account or sign in today. Once signed in, manage your account details from Account.
You can browse products, watch product videos, and check product details, seller information, and options right now. Photos can sometimes hide important product details, so we focus on video — what you see should be what you get.
BazaarCo Nepal is designed to support orders from multiple sellers. Once ordering launches, items from different sellers may be combined to make things simpler for the buyer.
Bargaining is not active yet. Here is how it will work once available.
1. Send an offer
On a product page, you will be able to propose your price.
2. Counter until you agree
You and the seller will be able to keep countering while the bargain is active.
3. Seller responds
The seller will be able to accept, counter, or reject your offer.
4. Accepted price
Once accepted, the agreed price will be valid for a limited time, and you will need to check out before it expires.
Sellers can create a store and submit their business, product, and seller information now. Selling, payouts, and commission activate once BazaarCo Nepal's marketplace transactions launch. Seller Registration Information will be published before selling opens.

The following protections will apply once marketplace transactions launch.
Buyer protection is intended to cover situations such as a product not being delivered, the wrong item arriving, a product arriving damaged or defective, a product being materially not as described, counterfeit or seriously disputed authenticity, expired or incomplete products, a seller failing to dispatch within the promised period, or delivery marked complete while the buyer credibly disputes receipt.
It may be denied, reduced, or limited for ordinary wear and tear, damage caused after delivery by misuse or negligence, minor and disclosed variation in packaging, color, or size, a change of mind on a non-returnable item, a disclosed non-returnable category unless the item is defective or unlawful, a buyer refusing to cooperate with a reasonable investigation, false or inconsistent information, or claims made so late the facts can no longer be verified, unless mandatory consumer rights require otherwise.
Where a product carries a warranty, coverage may come from the manufacturer, brand or authorized distributor, seller, importer, service center, or a limited replacement or repair program. Warranty coverage generally relates to manufacturing defects or functional failures within the stated warranty period, with remedies such as repair, replacement, parts replacement, or service-center support.
Warranty coverage does not automatically mean a refund right. Unless the applicable warranty states otherwise, warranty coverage may not apply to misuse, mishandling, accidental or liquid damage, unauthorized repair or modification, ordinary wear and tear, cosmetic issues that do not affect function, or loss of accessories or packaging.
Once ordering launches, return or refund requests for items that are damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete, expired, or not as described should generally be submitted within 7 days of delivery, unless a longer period is stated on the product page, warranty card, or another BazaarCo policy. Where change-of-mind returns are allowed, those should generally be submitted within the same window.
Some categories may be non-returnable, limited-return, or exchange-only unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, expired, or not as described — including perishable goods, opened cosmetics or personal-care products, innerwear and swimwear after seal removal, customized or personalized products, digital goods and gift cards once activated, sealed software or media, and completed services or bookings.
Buyers may generally request cancellation of an order, or part of an order, before it is dispatched, and this is usually accepted without a cancellation fee in straightforward cases — though cancellation may not be possible once an item has been handed to a courier or a non-reversible fulfillment process has started.
